1. Called in revise. None appeared to press this revision. In the circumstances, I myself have perused the record.
2. This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C., has been filed aggrieved by judgement and order dated 20.06.1995 passed by Sri V.K. Sircar, learned Sessions Judge, Kanpur Nagar passed in Criminal Revision No. 82 of 1995, Chhabinath Singh and Others vs. Babboo Singh and Others, whereby revision has been partly allowed and has modified operative portion of judgment and order dated 10.04.1995 passed by learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar passed in Case No. 12 of 1994, under Sections 145 and 146 of Criminal Procedure Code, Police Station Sachendi, District Kanpur Nagar, whereby proceedings have been dropped and directed Station Officer to give property in possession to the party from whose possession it is taken into custody of Supurdgar.
3. Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
