With regard to his grievance relating to removal of illegal encroachment over public utility land, the petitioner has adequate remedy under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 to approach the appropriate authority under the said provision.
This petition is, accordingly, dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to avail such remedy.
