The prayer made in the present petition is to expedite the proceedings of Divorce Petition No. 687 of 2016 (Babita Rani vs. Kushaldeep Goyal) under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, within stipulated period.

Be that as it may, without entering into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the present petition is being disposed of with the direction to the Court below namely the Principal Judge, Family Court, Gautam Budh Nagar to expedite the proceedings of Divorce Petition No. 687 of 2016 (Babita Rani vs. Kushaldeep Goyal) under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act and make an endeavour to decide the same, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of six months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order after giving due notice and opportunity to the parties concerned.
