Criminal Misc. Correction Application No. 2 of 2021.
This is an application for correction in the order dated 2.9.2021.
Learned counsel applicant submits that due to inadvertence in place of "petition" at second line of last paragraph of the order "application" has been transcribed.
In view of the aforesaid, the application is allowed. The order dated 2.9.2021 is corrected "application" be deleted and replaced by "petition" in the 2nd line of last paragraph.
This order in the correction application shall form part of the order dated 2.9.2021.
