JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 29.01.2014, made in W.A.(MD)No.588 of 2010.
2. This Court, while dismissing the Writ Appeal, by judgment dated 29.01.2014, directed the respondent herein to finalize the departmental proceedings. Since the departmental proceedings were not finalized, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.
3. Today, when the Contempt Petition was taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the departmental proceedings was completed and final order has also been passed.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the Contempt Petition is closed as nothing survives for adjudication.
