Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus by calling for the records relating to the petitioner's Certificate of Results of SET 2012 (Provisional) issued by the first respondent on 9.2.2013 and quash the same insofar as not qualifying him in SET 2012 and consequently, direct the first respondent to declare the petitioner's (Roll No.09050067) in the Education as successfully passed and qualified in the State Eligibility Test (SET) 2012 held on 07.10.2012 on the basis of the minimum marks prescribed for Paper 1, Paper 2 and Paper 3 in the Notification issued by the first respondent in August, 2012, without considering the higher percentage of aggregate of all the three papers.
