This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of the Civil Procedure Code to set aside the order dated 21.12.2013 and 08.01.2014 passed in E.P.No.89 of 2012 in A.C.P.No.61 of 2011 on the file of the learned Sub Court, Neyveli.
2. Since there was no representation for the petitioner repeatedly, on 02.06.2017 this Court directed the Registry to post the matter 'for dismissal' on 08.06.2017. Today also, when the matter was taken up, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
3. Therefore, the Civil Revision petition is dismissed for non- prosecution. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
