Suvarna, Advocate for R-5) This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India praying to call for the entire records from the respondents, pertaining to Annexure-C and H and quash the memorandum dated 03.12.2018 passed by the R-2 vide Annexure-C and Official Memorandum dated 06.12.2018 issued by R-4 at Annexure-H.
This petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER Learned Senior Counsel Shri. M. Nagaprasanna appearing for respondent No.5 has filed a memo dated 03.01.2018 stating that the representation given by the petitioner has been considered and the petitioner has been posted to the Corporate Office, BESCOM at Bengaluru and therefore, submits that petition has become infructuous.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner admits to the said fact.
3. A copy of the Official Memorandum dated 31.12.2018, whereby the petitioner has been posted to the Corporate Office, BESCOM, Bengaluru has been placed before this Court along with the memo. The same is taken on record.
4. In the light of the above, the petition does not survive for consideration and is therefore dismissed as having become infructuous.
