Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner has filed this petition for a direction upon the respondents to decide his representation dated 5.3.2019 and the reminder dated 16.4.2019. A perusal of the aforesaid representation/reminder reveal that the petitioner wants to carry our some kind of repair in the Masjid.
The nature of the repair has not been specified by the petitioner. It has also not been demonstrated as to how the petitioner is concerned with the repair of the said Masjid in as much as the Mutawalli or the person in- charge of the Masjid is not coming forward to seek permission for the repair. No provision of law has been placed before us under which permission for repair is necessary.
In view of the above, we find that the petition is completely misconceived. It is according dismissed.
