Heard Sri A.K.S. Bais, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioners have come to this Court with a prayer that the District Magistrate, Jaunpur be directed to decide their representation.
The petitioners claim themselves to be the owners of the Bhumidhari land and were building mosque on the said land when some R.S.S. persons as alleged by the petitioners, came and stopped the construction of mosque. Whether for constructions of religious place any permission is required from any authority, no document has been placed on record. The writ petition only for deciding representation is not maintainable. The petitioners have remedy for filing a suit.
In the aforesaid circumstances, the present writ petition is not maintainable and is dismissed accordingly.
