Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that charge was framed in the trial in question before the learned Court below in the year 2011 and the trial has not been concluded so far. He accordingly prays for expeditious disposal of the case in question.
Considering the aforesaid facts, learned AGA also does not oppose the prayer.
This petition is disposed of with direction to learned Court below to expedite the proceedings in Sessions Trial No.77 of 2011 (State Vs. Sughar Singh and others) arising out of Case Crime No.500-A of 2011, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 304 of IPC, P.S. Kotwali Orai, District Jalaun. The trial shall be expedited to the extent that the case shall be listed at least once a week in every consecutive week and the same shall be brought to its logical end expeditiously preferably within a period of one year from today.
