Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Learned Standing Counsel representing the second respondent states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being kept open, in case the petitioner files a detailed representation in support of his claim for release of pensionary benefits along with a duly authenticated copy of this order within a period of three weeks from today, the same shall be duly evaluated and a reasoned decision in respect thereof communicated with expedition and preferably within a period of three months therefrom.
Accordingly, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
