Sri Santosh Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Mukesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for respondent No.3 and learned Standing Counsel for respondents No.1 & 2.
The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent No.3 is laying down the high tension wire across the agricultural holdings of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the respondent No.3, on instructions, submits that the Executive Engineer of the Corporation has already made arrangements for shifting of the high tension wire to the satisfaction of the petitioner.
In such view of the matter, no further adjudication is required in the writ petition.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
It is, however, made clear that if the petitioner is required to be compensated under the law, the respondents are expected to make requisite payment to the petitioner immediately.
