2. This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C., has been filed aggrieved by judgment and order dated 8.1.1998 passed by Shri B. N. Shukla, Judge, Family Court, Gorakhpur in Suit No. 212/95 under Section 125 Cr.P.C. awarding Rs. 500/- per month as maintenance allowance to the opposite party since 25.8.1995 i.e. filing of the application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. and also directing to make payment of the outstanding amount of maintenance allowance during the period since 25.8.1995 to 8.1.1998..
3. Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
