Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.
By means of the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. the applicant is assailing the validity and veracity of the order dated 01.12.2018 passed by learned Special Judge (Gangster Act)/Additional Sessions Judge Court No. 5 Saharanpur by which the learned trial judge has refused to declare the applicant as juvenile.
After going through the order dated 01.12.2018, I find no illegality or perversity in the order.
