Heard Sri Prateek Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Sudha Pandey, learned Counsel for respondent no.3.
At the very outset, Ms. Sudha Pandey, learned Counsel for respondent no.3 has placed the letter of the Bank dated 22.2.2019, whereby it is stated that the RC, so issued against the borrower has been withdrawn.
In view of the statements so made, the writ petition has become infructuous.
Hence, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous.
