Heard Shri Ram Chandra, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AGA for respondent nos.1,2 and 3 and Shri Prem Chand Pandey, learned counsel for respondent No.4/informant.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners praying for quashing the impugned FIR dated 09.10.2020 registered as Case Crime No.0423 of 2020, under Sections 498 A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Khuldabad, District Prayagraj.
Learned counsel for respondent No.4 states that the charge sheet dated 4.12.2020 has already been submitted by the police in the Court concerned, therefore, there is no occasion to quash the impugned FIR.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners want to withdraw the writ petition in view of subsequent event.
The aforesaid writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to pursue his remedy available under the law.
