Request is made by preferring this Civil Application to fix early date of hearing of Special Civil Application No. 8922 of 2010 on the ground that the petitioner had filed petition for restitution of conjugal rights where interim maintenance of Rs. 9,000/= per month has already been granted under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, but the same requires enhancement.
Heard the learned advocates. Since no ground is made out for early hearing and as the amount of interim maintenance awarded under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act is being paid, this Application is not required to be entertained. However, in the event of any compromise; as may be effected between the parties, request once again can be made for taking up SCA for early hearing.
