Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the restoration applications filed in the pending appeal is pending since 2010.
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petition is disposed of by directing the Additional District Judge 3rd, Jaunpur to decide the pending restoration application, bearing Misc Case No.54 of 2010 pending in Civil Appeal No.385 of 1979 (Police Club and another vs. Ram Kishun and another and the restoration application bearing Misc. Case No. 55 of 2010 pending in Civil Appeal No. 384 of 1979 (Police Club and another vs. Raja Yadvendra Dutt Dubey), if the same are pending, within a period of three month from the date of production of the certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
The petition is disposed of.
