ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Authorised Officer, Indian Overseas Bank, Salem, has filed the instant writ petition for certiorari, to quash the order of the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai, the 2nd respondent made in R.A.(S.A.)No.48/2011 dated 8.12.2014.
On this day, when the matter came up for further hearing, Ms.K.Jayaganga, learned counsel for the writ petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled and therefore, writ petition has become infructuous. She has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. Placing on record the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
