Present application has been filed by the applicant for grant of regular bail under Section 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
The applicant accused is charged with having committed offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 324, 323, 427, 120B, 34, 143, 147, 148 and 149 of IPC and under Sections 37(1) and 135 of B.P.Act for which FIR being C.R.No. I-89 of 2010 has been registered with Jetpur City Police Station, District: Rajkot.
Learned Advocate Mr. Tapan Dave for Mr. Shah seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to file a fresh application before the competent Court as the charge-sheet has been filed.
Permission granted. The present application stands disposed of as withdrawn. Rule discharged.
