HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE A.L.DAVE) The applicant seeks temporary bail on the ground that he proposes to withdraw the provident fund amount. In support of the application, he has annexed a communication dated 25th June, 2009 requiring him to fill up Form 10-B and submit certified copy of the G.P.F. slips for the years 2004-2005 to 2006-2007. For this purpose, release of the applicant is not necessary. The applicant had earlier applied to this Court for this very purpose by preferring Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.13312 of 2009 which came to be dismissed by this Court by order dated 27th November, 2009 which was again based on the same communication. The application, therefore, stands rejected.
