Heard Sri Shivam Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents and Sri Suneet Kumar Rai, learned counsel for the respondent no. 4 and have perused the record.
Present petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 1.4.2019 passed by the District judge, Auraiya in Civil Revision No. 7 of 2019.
I have heard the learned counsel for the parties at length.
The controversy involved in the present writ petition was regarding the age of the petitioner and a finding has been recorded that he was not 21 years of age.
After argument at length, both the counsel agree that the controversy involved in the present writ petition is fully covered by a decision of this Court dated 4.4.2019 passed in Matter under Article 227 No. 2302 of 2019 (Seema Devi vs. State of UP and 3 others), wherein the said argument was considered by considering the high school mark-sheet issued by the UP High School and Intermediate Education Board as well as medical certificate and other documents like voter identification card, parivar register and Aadhar card etc relied on by the petitioner and ultimately the said petition was dismissed.
For the same reasoning as given in Seema Devi (supra), present petition also stands dismissed. No order as to costs.
