JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the adjudicating authority, with a proper reply, vis-a-vis the impugned RAJIV SHAKDHER, J.
gg show cause notice. Learned counsel makes an endorsement to that effect on the case bundle.
2. Accordingly, the captioned writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty, as prayed for, albeit, in accordance with law. Consequently, pending application shall also stand closed. No costs.
03.02.2017 gg Note : The Registry will handover the original impugned order to the learned counsel for the petitioner, after keeping attested copy of the same on record.
