The present petition is directed against the show cause notice dated 09.04.2021 issued under Section 3/4 of U.P. of Goondas Control Act by Additional District Magistrate (Administration), Bijnor.
On a pointed query made by the Court, counsel for the petitioner states that no reply to the said notice has yet been given. We, therefore, do not find any good ground to entertain the petition.
We deem it fit proper and direct that the petitioner shall submit his reply to the show cause notice within ten days. On receipt of the said reply, the competent authority shall be under the obligation to take an expeditious decision, if no decision has already been taken.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
