The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for correction in the order dated 14.09.2021.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, following correction is being incorporated in the order dated 14.09.2021:-
In the second line of the second paragraph and in the fifth & tenth line of the fifth paragraph, the words 'respondent no.6- Executive Engineer, Electric Supply Khand-I, Civil Lines, Moradabad' are substituted by the words 'respondent no.5- Executive Engineer Electric Supply Second Khand Chakkar Ki Milak, Moradabad'.
The correction application is allowed.
