Heard Sri Harish Chandra Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri N.K. Tiwari, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the order dated 17.05.2018 framed by Additional Sessions Judge Court No. 6/ Special Judge POCSO Act, Jhansi, against the applicant in Special Trial No. 431 of 2017, State of U.P. vs. Atar Singh (Case Crime No. 220 of 2017), U/s 354A, 354B, 323, 506, 376 I.P.C., and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act, 2012, P.S. Samthar, District Jhansi.
After having heard the learned counsel for the parties present and perused the impugned order as well as the material brought on record, I am of the view that the impugned order is based upon relevant considerations and supported by cogent reasons, the same does not suffer from any irregularity, illegality or jurisdictional error, hence no interference is required by this Court. The prayer for quashing the impugned order is refused.
The present 482 Cr.P.C. application lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
