(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) This matter has been placed before us today by the Registry pointing out that pursuant to our order dated December 29, 2011, the petitioner has not deposited the amount of costs and that even it appears from his letter written to the Registrar General that he has till the date of writing of the letter failed to obtain any stay order from the Supreme Court of India.
Since by our earlier order we directed that the matter should appear on January 19, 2012, let the matter appear on that date. Registry is directed to communicate to the petitioner that on that day if the petitioner does not appear before us or by that day, he is unable to obtain any stay order from the Supreme Court of India regarding imposition of costs passed by the Division Bench, we will pass appropriate order on that day as stated in our order dated December 29, 2011.
Let this order be communicated to the petitioner in the course of this day.
