Short counter affidavit filed today is taken on record.
The present application has been filed seeking quashing of the proceedings of case crime 445 of 2017, under Sections 323, 352, 336, 325, 504 and 506 I.P.C and 3(1) (Dha) of SC/ST Act, P.S. Farenda, District Mahrajganj.
Counsel for the respondent Shri Abhishek Ahuja appearing for the respondent no.2 has filed a short counter affidavit agreeing that the parties had settled the matter and the proceedings may be quashed. The compromise application has also been filed before the court concerned.
The parties are directed to appear before the court concerned on 19.01.2021.
In view of the statement made by the counsel for the parties, the proceedings are quashed subject to verification of documents by the court concerned.
The application is accordingly disposed of.
Copy of the order downloaded from the website of Allahabad High Court shall be accepted/treated as certified copy of the order.
