JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mrs.
Parikh, learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit the amount in question pending the petition and during period the petition is under consideration and for that purpose some time may be granted.
It is clarified that the date on which the amount is deposited, from that period onwards the relief to lift the attachment of accounts will stand granted and will start operating.
So as to enable Mrs. Parikh, learned advocate for the petitioner to file report affidavit, S.O. to 15.3.2012.
