1. The present matter is kept for final disposal as per order passed by this Court (Coram : Abhilasha Kumari, J.) vide order dated 20.4.2011.
2. Today in the course of hearing for final disposal as indicated above, it transpires from the record that the order dated 10.11.1986 which has been passed by the State Government in its Health and Family Welfare Department is passed on the basis of letter No.C.-170520-86 dated 18.9.1986 purported to have been written by the Director, Health, Medical Education and Research, the same may be placed on record by an affidavit by 17.01.2012. Registry to give copy of this order to Mr. Rakesh Patel, learned Assistant Government Pleader for onward communication. S.O. to 20.01.2012.
