Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the result of the petitioners have been declared and all the petitioners have been declared passed, which is evident from the counter affidavit filed by the State.
Thus, the grievance of the petitioners is satisfied and there is no cause of action surviving in the writ petition. As such, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
