The present crl. 482 Cr.P.C. application has been preferred against the order dated 19.6.2018 passed by Session Judge, Kanpur Dehat in S.S.T. No. 02 of 2016, police station Sikandra, District Kanpur Dehat by which the learned Session Judge, Kanpur Dehat illegally rejected the complaint filed by the applicant against the opposite party nos. 2 and 3 at the stage of 203 Cr.P.C.
We have gone through the 482 Cr.P.C. application along with the affidavit filed in support of this 482 Cr.P.C. application as well as the impugned order and the material brought on record, we are of the view that the impugned order does not suffer from any, illegality, infirmity or jurisdictional error and is based upon relevant considerations and supported by cogent reasons, hence requires no interference by this Court.
The 482 Cr.P.C. application lacks merits and is accordingly dismissed.
