Considering the nature of allegations and the submissions made by the learned advocate for the applicant, a case is made out at this stage to grant ad-interim relief in terms of paragraph 7(b) till further orders, keeping it open to the complainant to take remedial measures under the provisions of the Gujarat Panchayats Act.
