Sri Neeraj Upadhyay, the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has brought to the notice of the Court an order dated 19.03.2018, in terms of which the claim of the applicant has been attended and disposed of on merits. He additionally points out that in the year 2015 promotional exercise, the claim of the applicant was duly considered and rejected since he was found unfit. He submits that as and when the exercise is again undertaken, his claim shall be considered in accordance with law.
In view thereof, nothing further survives in this petition which shall stand disposed of.
