By means of this 482 Cr.P.C. application the applicant is seeking a direction to the Additional District Judge (Sr.Div.)-II, Jaunpur to decide complaint case no.554 of 2016, (Ashok Kumar Singh vs. Santosh Singh @ Babloo), under Section 138 Negotiable Instrument Act, Police Station Line Bazar, District Jaunpur pending in the court of Additional District Judge (Sr.Div.)-II, Jaunpur since 30.03.2016.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is therefore disposed of with a direction to the Additional District Judge (Sr.Div.)-II, Jaunpur to consider and decide complaint case no.554 of 2016, (Ashok Kumar Singh vs. Santosh Singh @ Babloo), under Section 138 Negotiable Instrument Act, Police Station Line Bazar, District Jaunpur within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order in accordance with law, after hearing the parties and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
