Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent states that subject to verification of all facts, the statutory appeal which is stated to have been lodged against the order of punishment on 01 July 2019 shall be examined and disposed of in accordance with law and a final decision communicated with expedition and preferably within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a duly authenticated copy of this order.
Accordingly, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
