This writ petition has been filed for issuing of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 and 3 i.e. Senior Superintendent of Police, Prayagraj and Station House Officer, Police Station- Phulpur, Prayagraj to ensure the fair and proper investigation in pursuance of F.I.R. dated 30.12.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 642 of 2018, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 504, 506, 419 I.P.C., Police Station- Phulpur, District- Prayagraj.
It is alleged that F.I.R. was lodged on 30.12.2018 but police is not proceeding in the matter.
In the facts of present case, writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent no. 2 and 3 i.e. Senior Superintendent of Police, Prayagraj and Station House Officer, Police Station- Phulpur, Prayagraj to ensure the fair and proper investigation in pursuance of F.I.R. dated 30.12.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 642 of 2018, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 504, 506, 419 I.P.C., Police Station- Phulpur, District- Prayagraj and submit the report by Investigating Officer under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. as early as possible.
