Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
Since the point involved in the present writ petition is trivial in nature, so the present writ petition is being decided at the admission stage. Accordingly, notice to opposite parties is dispensed with.
By means of present writ petition, petitioner has prayed that a direction may be issued to opposite party no.1/ Civil Judge ( Junior Division) Fatehpur to decide the Case No.543 of 2015 ( Ashok Kumar Dwivedi Vs. Daljeet Singh and another) expeditiously.
After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and going through the record, in the interest of justice, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to opposite party no.1/ Civil Judge ( Junior Division) Fatehpur to decide the Case No. 543 of 2015 ( Ashok Kumar Dwivedi Vs. Daljeet Singh and another) within a period of two years, if possible, from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it in accordance with law after hearing learned counsel for the parties Order Date :- 22.2.2019 dk/-
