1. Heard Sri Sudarshan Singh, learned counsel for applicant and Sri Ashish Pandey, Advocate for respondent.
2. This is a bail application moved by accused-applicant for enlarging him on bail in Case Crime No. 16 of 2016, under Sections 8/21/29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, Police Station G.R.P. Mughalsarai, District Chandauli.
3. It is contended that applicant is in jail from last three years. However, from record it is evident that 7.850 kg. afeem has been seized by Narcotic Department from possession of applicant which is commercial quantity and more than minimum prescribed limit. Hence, I do not find it a fit case for grant of bail.
4. Application is accordingly dismissed.
