2. Heard Mr. Nikhil Kariel, Ld. Advocate for the applicant and Mr. Trivedi, Ld. Advocate for the opponent and perused the contents of the application. The instant application is filed for condonation of delay of 12 days caused in preferring Appeal From Order. The reasons as to why delay occurred have been set-forth in the application, which are supported by the affidavit of the applicant. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion that the delay has been aptly and sufficiently explained and deserves to be condoned.
3. The application is allowed and delay of 12 days caused in preferring the Appeal From Order is condoned. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
