Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.
Record shows that the matter was referred to the Mediation & Conciliation Centre of this Court vide order dated 30.05.2018 subject to the petitioners' depositing a sum of Rs.10,000/- before the Mediation & Conciliation Centre of this Court within one month from the date of order and it was further directed that petitioners shall not be arrested till the next date of listing. The report the Mediation & Conciliation Centre dated 10.07.2018 indicates that the petitioners have failed to deposit the necessary amount within the time indicated in the order dated 30.05.2018.
In view of the above, this petition is dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands discharged.
