A supplementary affidavit has been filed by counsel for the petitioner, which is taken on record.
The sole relief claimed in the instant petition is for issuing a direction to the trial Court to decide Misc. Case No. 19/2016, expeditiously.
The said case has been registered on the basis of application filed by the plaintiff seeking restoration of suit bearing No. 290/1975 to its original number.
Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made, the petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to decide Misc. Case No. 19/2016, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
