It is contented by the petitioner that he has filed a reply dated 9.1.2017 to the suspension order dated 31.12.2016. However, no final decision has yet been taken.
Sole prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner is to issue a direction to the respondent No.3 to take final decision.
In view of the above, the writ petition is being disposed of with the direction to the respondent No.3 namely the Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Narval, District Kanpur Nagar to take final decision within a period of three weeks, after considering the explanation submitted by the petitioner.
