1. Sri Nagendra Kumar Singh has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the opposite party no.2.
2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
3. Admittely, the present criminal revision has been filed against the order dated 10.5.2018 passed by the learned Juvenile Justice Board, Budaun in Case No. 67/2015 (State Vs. Arvind), arising out of Case Crime No. 284/2015, under Sections- 376-D I.P.C. and Section 3(2)5 SC/ST Act and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station- Faizganj, District- Budaun.
4. Learned AGA has been submitted that such a criminal revision is not maintainable inasmuch as the impugned order as the applicant had an alternative remedy before the court below.
5. Accordingly, the present criminal revision is dismissed on ground of alternative remedy leaving it open to the applicant to file an appeal and seek benefit under Section 14 of the Limitation Act.
