Heard Sri Manvendra Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri N.K. Verma, learned A.G.A. and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer for quashing the FIR dated 14.2.2018 in case crime no.27 of 2018, u/s 379 IPC, P.S. Adhyogik Kshetra, district Allahabad.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. He has been falsely implicated in the present case on the basis of suspicion. The police has submitted police report twice stating that the petitioner is not involved in the present case but then too police is harassing the petitioner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner, we direct the S.S.P, Allahabad to look into the matter and do the needful, if so required.
With the aforesaid directions, the present petition stands disposed of.
