Hon'ble Sudhir Agarwal,J.
1. Sri N.L.Pandey, learned counsel for petitioner, stated at the outset that so far as relief-1 is concerned, to that extent writ petition has rendered infructuous, since respondent-6 has already been removed from service. It is admitted that petitioner was selected and appointed on the post in question and now after termination of respondent-6, Management has to take fresh action for appointment in accordance with law, hence, no effective relief can be granted to petitioner.
2. The writ petition is dismissed accordingly.
