Heard Shri Ashutosh Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri O.P. Singh, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Shri Sudhanshu Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondents no.2 and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent no.1.
The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking quashing of the order dated 24.03.2018 stated to have been passed by way of penalty.
Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that the petitioner has a remedy of appeal under Regulation 21 of the U.P. State Warehousing Corporation Staff Regulations, 1961.
In this view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed to enable the petitioner to avail his remedy of departmental appeal.
