Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The primary prayer made in the writ petition, reads thus:
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Ceritorari to quash the impugned First Information Report dt. 15.05.2017 lodged in Case Crime no.344 of 2017, Under sections 498A, 323 IPC, and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Bilsanda, Distt Pilibhit."
Mr. Syed Ali Murtaza, learned AGA, on instructions, submits that a Charge Sheet, bearing no.203/2018 dated 19.06.2018 has already been filed, and in view thereof, this petition renders infructuous.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous. It is, however, open to the petitioners to take appropriate remedy, if they so desire and are advised, for appropriate relief.
