This writ petition is filed seeking following reliefs:-
"I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding Respondent No. 2- Naib Tehsildar, Kundaul, District Agra, to decide the restoration application of the petitioner dated 11.8.2021 in Computer Case No. T202101010100909/2020, Mithlesh Parasar and others vs. Shiv Dayal (Annexure No. 4 to the writ petition) within stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
II. a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2- Naib Tehsildar, Kundaul, District Agra, to direct the respondent no. 3 to 6 to not to sale the land of the petitioners and further not to change the nature of land, during the pendency of the restoration application of the petitioners.
III. Issue any other writ order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the present fact and circumstances of the case."
Sri S.K.Mishra, learned counsel for petitioners, on instructions, undertakes that either petitioners in person or through Advocate, shall appear on each and every date before the appropriate authority.
Taking note of the undertaking, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to concerned authority to decide the above referred application expeditiously, preferably within the period of six months from the date of production of a copy of this order.
